We look forward to working with you on your new project as well as many new projects in the future. Since we will be printing a custom, made to order product for you we require a 50% deposit for your initial order. The balance will be shipped COD.
In order to establish terms with Burdge for ongoing business we require that you complete and sign both sides of the Credit Application.pdf. Fax this completed form back to Joe Lee, accounting manager, at FAX (323) 724-7901. If your credit application is approved, future orders may then be purchased on a net 30 basis.
If you will be RESELLING any products you are asking us to print, you will also need to completely fill in, sign, and fax back to Joe Lee, accounting manager, at FAX (323) 724-7901 the California Resale.pdf form at the time your order is placed. Without this form on file at Burdge, we are required by law to charge any applicable sales taxes based on where we ship your final product.
